OUR ASSOCIATION

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Students' Association strives to present the true teachings of Islam to the

Carleton University community, removing doubts and misunderstandings. It fosters an understanding

and appraisal of the world-wide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, its beliefs, ideology and philosophy.

Our community is a theological, cultural and religious organization, which is mainly devoted to promoting

universal religious appreciation, awareness and tolerance. We hold to an understanding of the beliefs,

teachings, and philosophy of all the other major world religions to promote interfaith respect. Some of our

goals are outlined as below :

• To raise awareness of commonality between all faiths and religions
  
  
• To spread the message of peace and love, and create mutual understanding
  
  
• To support freedom of religion and universal tolerance towards every faith
  
  
• To enjoin and enhance the circle of interfaith dialogues & inter-religious activities
